Chef Wong & Chef Wang 4 Hands Dinner

This August, at the height of summer, Chinese restaurant Xiang Tao will present a special culinary collaboration between Banquet Chef Wong, who honed his skills in Hong Kong, and Dim Sum Head Chef Wang from Yangzhou.
Both chefs represent regional culinary traditions—Chef Wong' s expertise in Hong Kong cuisine and Chef Wang' s roots in Yangzhou cuisine—that emphasize seasonality and harmony with nature, bringing out the full character of each carefully selected ingredient.
Light yet deeply flavorful, their dishes have long captivated diners of all ages and backgrounds.
