Junya Oda continually explores tea gardens and immerses himself in global tea culture, discovering unique local traditions and trends. He holds the title of International Master of Medicinal Herbs, a Senior Licence in Singapore Ru Xiang Tea Art, is a Senior Sommelier of the Japan Sommelier Association, and a certified instructor of Chinese dining etiquette with the Japan Hotel and Restaurant Service Association.
